Vintage letter was written in ink on Singer’s letterhead for his art studio at 33 Tite Street, Chelsea S. The postmark on the envelope is dated 1898. It is addressed to a friend, and much of the handwriting is hard for me to discern. Letter measures 8 x 7 and is still in very good condition with light wear. The previous owner wrote a few related historical notes about Singer in pencil on the back, but this could be erased. Comes with original mailing envelope. Please see photos up close for greater detail. This came directly from the estate of the Sigel family. It does not include a C. But it has been closely examined, and bears all signs of authenticity. Many of these items were signed directly to some of the family members.
