Although the letter is undated, it is accompanied by the original mailing envelope filled out by Robinson and postmarked Feb 1 1956. The 1956 season marked Robinson’s final year in Major League Baseball. The letter (7 x 10.25 inches) displays one vertical and two horizontal mailing folds, as well as a few light creases.
