The second item is a handwritten letter on the reverse of a 1961 dated autograph request letter from Joe Hipius Sr. Who wrote to McKechnie requesting an autograph for his two sons, Joe and Mike. Very interesting content from the HOF Manager as seen in his response. He even included a PS excusing his delay with his initial “B”. Both of these items are boldly written and autographed in blue ball point pen and were originally framed together as a display.
